Frequently Asked Questions
How Does It Work?
The hair follicle produces hair that is spread out all over the human’s body since his birth. The number of hair follicles remains practically the same throughout the human’s lifetime. The follicles in the eyelid produce lashes, whose processes might be slowed down or ceased because of aging and hormone changes in the body. The pros and cons of other eyelash growth serums on the market have been investigated by our professional chemists in the laboratory, for thousands of hours. Finally, they have been able to present the most recent innovative formulae present in WooLash to stimulate follicles and grow, strengthen and volumize lashes in a short time, permanently.
The purified ingredients contain an appropriate amount of oxygen which will be released in the cell for subcutaneous purposes.
The released oxygen combined with 1,2-Hexanediol accelerates lashes’ metabolism such that lashes’ waste will be removed from skin pores. Now, the modified peptide mixture plays a remarkable role in nourishment. It feeds lashes follicles and roots generously and continuously. The purified ingredients immediately pass through the skin pores to the lashes ‘roots. And in this moment WooLash initiates the nourishment of the lash follicles and sustains the presence of the ingredients well through your next shower. Therefore, the lash follicles have a great opportunity to utilize the nourishing food for a much longer duration.
The dermal papilla is then fed by the increase in blood flow around the area of application. Finally, nourishment is being absorbed to produce new lashes.
Every hair on our bodies including our eyelashes follows a natural growth cycle. We are born with a specific number of follicles, and that number pretty much remains the same as we age. It is important to take care of your lashes so that they remain lush and full throughout your lifetime. Eyelashes exist for protection. They activate the blink response so that dust, dirt, debris and other foreign objects don’t get lodged in our eyes (And we thought eyelashes were just to enhance our beauty!). The upper eyelid holds about 90 to 150 lashes, while the lower eyelid has about 70 to 80. Each individual eyelash is programmed to reach a certain length (3/8 of an inch on average), fall out, and then re-grow. Eyelashes are comprised of 10% water and 90% keratinized proteins, and have 4 distinct phases of development.
1. Anagen (growing phase lasts 4-6 weeks):
Skin cells called keratinocytes move thru the hair follicle, harden, and are transformed into strands.
The first stage of the eyelash cycle lasts between 30 and 45 days. If all our eyelashes were in the anagen phase at the same time, then they’d all be on track to fall out at the same time! Approximately 40 percent of our upper lashes and 15 percent of our lower lashes are in the anagen stage at any given time.
While eyelashes are in the growth phase, WooLash gives eyelash follicles powerful nutrition, peptides, minerals, amino acids for longer and thicker looking lashes.
2. Catagen (transition phase lasts 2-3 weeks):
A lash’s growth slows and comes to a halt. Once the lashes in the anagen phase reach their designated length, they stop growing and the hair follicle shrinks. Should an eyelash fall out during the catagen phase, it won’t begin growing back until the catagen phase has run its course, typically within two to three weeks.
WooLash helps strengthen, renew, enhance with liquid crystal, botanical extracts, and key vitamins moisturize and nourishes lashes to help them appear longer, stronger, and more voluminous. Infusing the lash line with these bio-active ingredients helps to support weak, sparse lashes while providing the ideal environment for lashes to flourish.
3. Telogen (resting phase lasts 100 days before the eyelashes fall out):
The telogen phase is a hundred day resting cycle before the eyelash falls out and a new lash blooms to take its place. Since our lashes are in different phases of the growth cycle, it’s natural for a few to fall out each day, so blow on that lash and make a wish!
Lash development has ceased but the lash remains anchored in the follicle.
4. Exogen (shedding phase):
A new hair naturally pushes out the old strand.
Notably, each lash is in a different cycle at any given time, and the length of each phase is different for every individual. Keeping lashes conditioned and hydrated throughout these phases can help improve the appearance of length and volume, as well as reduce brittleness. If your lashes are naturally frail, short or sparse, and your eyebrows are thin or over plucked, You can always amp up the length and volume with WooLash, a specially formulated serum that helps elevate your natural eyelash health and growth. (Yes, WooLash can also be used on your eyebrows also can be used by both women and men.)
How To Use It?
Remove makeup, eye cream and wash off any residue, keep oil-based products away “from the areas you’re applying serum”. Remember, oil based makeup removers, cleansers and eye creams can leave behind a film which may create a barrier between your lashes and the eyelash serum.
Dip the applicator brush into the serum just enough to pick a drop. Flip the brush upside down for a second for the drop to soak into the brush and not to stay on its tip (do not over saturate the application brush).
Start from the inner corner of the eye outwards, apply a thin line of WooLash directly to the base of the upper and lower eyelids lash line, spread along the roots (as though you are applying eyeliner), then sweep through the entire length of top & bottom eyelashes.
The serum is specially formulated to stay where you apply it. Allow the serum to absorb for a few minutes and eyelashes to dry before proceeding with your usual skincare and makeup routines.
Use daily for best results, recommended use is 2 times per day, preferably in the morning and at bedtime (minimum one time per day) for at least 8 weeks. Please be patient, eyelashes are the slowest growing hair on the human body.
Finally, remember WooLash is part of your lifestyle, consistency is the key to achieve and maintain the great results!
What Is In It?
Peptide (Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17)
Myristoyl pentapeptide-17 plays a significant role as an identifier of lashes that are estranged from the control of the follicle factories. It stimulates these follicles to launch an incessant process of growth and support enabling them to achieve the tremendous length, thickness and volume desired.
Grape Stem Cell (Vitis Vinifera Fruit Cell Extract)
Grape Seed Extract covers the hair follicles like a sturdy umbrella in front of acidic rain protecting lash follicles growth cycle when hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) raids their roots through the bloodstream. DHT is a major barrier to hair follicle growth. Therefore, Vitis Vinifera overcomes the effect of DHT, remarkably.
Ethylhexylglycerin is a conditioning ointment acting in the treatment of possible eczema in the eyelid area. As its name suggests, Ethylhexylglycerin is made using glycerin.
Caprylyl Glycol (1,2-Octanediol) is a diol with the molecular formula CH3(CH2)5CHOHCH2OH and is used as a skin conditioner which also has some antimicrobial ability.
Pantothenic acid is commonly expressed as calcium Pantothenate, also called vitamin B5 (a B vitamin) and is water soluble. It is a substantial nutrient to synthesize and metabolize proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. It is extracted from fortified whole-grain cereals, egg yolks, liver, legumes and dried mushrooms. It strengthens the lash follicles and their cells. This vitamin transfers the essential nourishment to lash follicles, helping them to metabolize appropriately and expedites the lashes growth considerably. It also alleviates the skin flaking associated with dandruff, clearing the lash follicles of debris and persuading swift growth.
Provitamin B5 (Panthenol)
Panthenol is categorized in the B vitamin group. Panthenol thickens the lash by penetrating and saturating the interior lash shaft. Panthenol moisturizes the lashes and provides an environment in which even the most fragile lashes are protected from breakage and dryness. Therefore, those vulnerable lashes won’t fall out and will grow in an abundant way.
Isomalt is an equimolar mixture of diastereomeric and polysaccharides obtained by the enzyme process that acts as a humectant. Humectants are used in hair and skin care products to prevent moisture from vaporizing. A humectant retains the moisture beneath the skin in order to overcome dryness in the desiccated area where lashes are planted.

How soon can I see the results?
Research and Survey Results*:
- 91% Reported More Visible Curl*
- 93% Reported Fuller And Denser Looking Lashes*
- 95% Reported A Significant Increase In Length*
- 97% Reported Healthier And More Nourished Lashes*
- 98% Reported Increased Lash Volume, And Improved Mascara Performance*
- 99% Reported More Conditioned Eyelashes For A Naturally Fuller Appearance*
*Our Research and also Survey Results from 50 independent 8-week consumers study. Keep in mind Results will vary, some see results in as soon as 1-2 weeks, while others may see results in 4-8 weeks. Seeing results after using WooLash depends on several factors (environmental, structural, body chemistry, genetics, ethnicity, age, eyelash condition, eyelash growth period). Eyelashes are the slowest growing hair on the human body, though as everyone’s features are unique, it’s recommended that some people continue the use of serum for at least 8 weeks to see visible great results.
*The most common reason that people don’t see results is that they’re using some sort of oil-based product, usually a makeup remover/cleansers, or coconut/castor oil as conditioners. What happens is the oil forms a barrier that the serum can’t penetrate, so the serum can’t do its job. If you can keep oil-based products away from the areas you’re applying serum, you’ll start to see results in a few weeks!
*Results can also be delayed if you’re only applying the serum once per day, or applying sporadically. Especially in the beginning, consistent application is key to seeing results. Lastly, if you’ve been using a serum that contains hormones, your results will be delayed, WooLash can’t do its best work until about 4 weeks after you’ve stopped using a hormone-based serum.
*Please continue using the product until you are satisfied with the results.
